We are very proud of our thriving colts section at CSGCC and currently offer cricket to boys and girls from the age of 8 to 15.

Expert, qualified coaching takes place every Sunday morning, with matches throughout the week. Each age group is supported by a Manager/Coach and/or an Administrator to ensure the smooth and effective running of the teams. We aim to provide both social and competitive cricket to all of our junior members with the hope that as they grow they will ultimately form a key part of the Senior playing membership of the club.

New junior members are always welcome click here for more information on how to get involved.

As a priority CSGCC are committed to the health and safety of all our members and particularly our juniors. To read how we ensure that all children participating in cricket have a safe and positive experience please download  our Safeguarding Children Policy Statement at the foot of the page.

Vera So is our Club Welfare Officer and she sends the following message to the parents of all our Colts members:

‘I hope that your child(ren) is enjoying being a member of our Cricket Club and the coaching, matches, as well as the social interactions available. We are a Clubmark club and we adhere to the “Safe Hands” Policy for Safeguarding Children in cricket.

Our Child Welfare Policy and Code of Conducts can be found at the bottom of this page. At any time, should you have any safeguarding concerns about your child or another child, or about the behaviour of any adult at the club, please contact me at’

We are keen to promote all of the correct behaviour when our teams are representing CSGCC and to that end have a Code of Conduct that must be adhered to.

Any new member is welcome to come along to training on Sunday mornings during the summer to try a session for free before deciding whether to join or not.
